Does it really work without a filter?
Yes. Aqua One uses a one-way flow: clean water never touches used water, so there's no saliva or debris to filter out. You skip the cartridges, and your cat gets fresher water.
How often does the water refresh?
You choose. Every 6, 9 or 12 hours, the tray drains its old water and refills with fresh water from the clean tank.
How long does the battery last?
About two weeks (roughly 15 days) on a full charge. When it's low, recharge it with any USB-C cable.
Is the stainless steel tray dishwasher safe?
Yes. The 304 stainless steel tray goes straight into the dishwasher for a deep clean.
How long does shipping take?
